Heather Hansen is the Credit/Accounts Receivable Manager at IFA. Heather has worked in credit and collections for 30 years and is considered an industry leader with the National Association of Credit Managers discussing collections efforts that still allow sales. Heather began working for IFA in 2016 and is working towards her certification as a specialist in Credit Management with the NACM. She likes working for IFA because of the co-op’s values of integrity and honesty and she enjoys building relationships that align with Credit Department goals. Heather realizes the importance of cash flow and profitability, that’s why she and her team are always working on formulating more financing options for members. Heather married her partner of 15 years and together they enjoy spending time with their seven amazing children and one granddaughter. Outside of IFA, Heather enjoys reading, working in the yard, and volunteering.
