You’ve diligently watered and worked hard to maintain your lawn for a few years now, yet the same spots of grass are dry and appear barely alive. What are you missing?
The answer might be Revive Soil Treatment, a product that serves as a supplement to the IFA 4Plus annual lawn care program. What is Revive?
Revive is an organic-based soil treatment made from a combination of soil wetting agents, natural organic lignosulfonates and iron. Revive helps save water and solves problems with hard, dry, compact soils. The added iron helps thicken up lawns and turn your grass into a dark green color. It can be used on its own or combined with lawn fertilizer.
Revive comes in granule and liquid form. The granules contain dried and granulated chicken manure, iron and surfactants that help it penetrate the soil and turn the lawn from yellow to green in a matter of days. Revive liquid similarly helps your lawn, and Revive Dog Spot Treatment is capable of repairing animal urine spots.
Revive Your Lawn in Summer
You can use Revive at any time during the year, but it’s great to apply in the springtime and especially beneficial in the summer. If you want a rich, dark green lawn during the summer heat, Revive is your best option. Not only will it strengthen your grass, but the soil wetting agents in Revive allow water to penetrate and soak compacted dry areas in your lawn (that usually won’t readily accept water). On top of helping your lawn turn green again, you end up saving water because the dry, compacted areas will no longer need to be overwatered.
Using Revive as a supplement to the IFA 4Plus Lawn Care program has produced stellar results for many of our customers. If you apply IFA Step 3 in June, consider using Revive in July or early August to help the lawn before applying Step 4 in the fall.
Safe for Kids & Pets
Since Revive is a natural, organic based product, it is not harmful to kids and household pets. But if you have a pet that tends to eat almost anything, it would be wise to store your Revive in a safe and secure place.
Revive is a reliable solution for pet spots as well. It pushes the salts from the urine away from the roots, allowing the grass to be revived from yellow to green. For dog spots, we recommend the liquid treatment or Revive Dog Spot Treatment. Spray the spot for 10-15 seconds. Flush the area with water and within 10-14 days you will see improved lawn conditions.
